Honey mustard vinaigrette

There is no mystery to this recipe – it’s essentially a simple salad dressing but made with beer vinegar rather wine vinegar or balsamic. And the maltiness goes really well with the mustard.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Newfoundland Beer Vinegar
  • 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp honey
  •  tsp salt
  • freshly ground pepper to taste
  •  cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Shake together in a mason jar.
